Peter Hurrell

 

Peter has a diverse background in sales and marketing having worked in the corporate world for many years managing a large sales team. He more recently spent six years working in the HR / Recruitment industry.

He is a multiple businesses owner in the retail and service sectors and since commencing in the business in 2005 has committed a good deal of his time attending training courses and seminars to ensure Excel as a company is ahead of the market in an industry renowned for change. Peter has achieved some outstanding results for his Vendors over the past five years, supported by their testimonials and ongoing referrals and has an outstanding record in achieving timely results in the manufacturing, import – distribution and professional                                                                               service industries.

Peter Troy

 

Peter compliments the Excel team as a highly experienced and energetic, multiple business owner.

As a graduate of accounting and business administration, Peter commenced his career in the corporate environment as a Sales Manager with Golden Fleece Petroleum. The company soon recognized his abilities in establishing and marketing through major bulk distribution facilities and opening unrepresented territories. Having declined a promotion to State Manager for South Australia, Peter embarked on his own business endeavour growing a large network or service stations throughout the Greater Metropolitan region of Melbourne – a $20m enterprise employing 125 staff members.

In 1998 he built and operated a $3.2m hospitality “Landmark” in Echuca now known as “The Beechworth Bakery”, which has since encouraged greater tourist visitation to the region.
Peter’s level of comfort is with clients in the middle to high end bracket and brings to Excel his own style and approach, through strategically planning the successful union of seller and buyer.

Alan Huang

 

Alan is an unquestionable paragon in terms of his wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry and international business. Working within the industry since 1988, Alan has immersed himself in property and personally is a highly successful serial investor. “… to share my extensive experience in the field gives me great joy.” It is in Alan’s nature to use his attributes in order to benefit particular cultural groups. His mastery of Mandarin and Taiwanese allows Alan to reach the vast majority of the South-East Asian population.

Alan understands the cultural barriers that exist between the Eastern and Western worlds. “Many times confusion arises from a lack of cultural education.. that is where I like to assist: as an intermediary that lubricates the fault lines of communication.” Alan has completed study in immigration Law, Real Estate Practice, and is near completion of a master’s degree in Business Administration.

What Alan brings to this firm, is not only an array of qualifications but a worldly understanding of people, and the way in which culture shapes them. Having developed many business relationships and investment projects in Australia, the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other Asian countries, Alan’s ambitious mindset directs him towards the promotion of not only business, but social relationships between Australia and the Far East. “It is my goal to tap into the oriental market and introduce them to endless business opportunities that exist within this great country – Australia.”
